Hi Everyone,
I have to get something off my chest....I know we all have seen this revolutionary program P90X. I am sure it works. BUT I have people I work with come up to me after the fact....meaning  after they purchased this program. They are disappointed because they are not in the bare minimum shape for this program and can not do it or are too out of shape and can't continue or just plain give up because they are way too sore. I feel people have to really research this before purchasing it and that the developers have to be more honest to there consumers....I know some have had to have some injuries or coronaries trying this.  People need to know that they should go to their physicians to see if they can do this type of activity. I don't know I feel like this a modern snake oil deal here...Just annoys  me to all H-LL. Thanks!

I was on a treadmill at a work gym and the guy next to me was doing P90X.  He had the DVD playing on the TV so I got to see a lot of one DVD.  It's old fashion hard work.  I think it's to hard for the average guy or girl.  It will do what they promise.  Work out with circuit body weight/ light dumbbells for an hour it will burn a ton of fat off.  It's hard work like any serious workout program is.  They say that the back ground people working out represent all levels of fitness.  Meaning look for the person you can keep up with and follow them.  Doing pushups, chin ups and circuit light dumbbells work will kick anyone's ass.  For most these DVD's are to tough.
