Rare footage of the legendary 'Bob's Gym, Wales'. This totally old-school hardcore gym no longer exists due to the fact the foundations of the structure were rendered unsound via decades of use and it finally caved-in on itself. Fortunately, this happened overnight and no one was hurt! If you look really carefully, you will see bricks missing at the base of most walls, and floorboards covering holes in the floors.

Hardcore indeed ! It looks more like the torture chamber in an old castle LOL.....The topper is the sign asking you not to rest the weights or dumbbells on the padded pieces as .....well watch the video.
